[sync] sync with nokia 9500

Hi,

the problems with the Nokia 9500 seem to be caused by an invalid wbxml 
created by our WBXML encoder. So authorization has nothing to do with it 
I think.

I'll have a look at the wbxml code. But that's tricky stuff so it might 
take some time.
