[sync] Bugfix+Patch to synchronize all fields a Nokia E90 offers and most of them to Funambol (Outlook/WindowsMobile)

It might be better to open a bug and attach the patches in plain text
there. That way it you can be certain it won't be forgotten and it is
easier for the devs to grab the patches from there :)
