[sync] WorkPhone2, homePhone2 etc. when sync contacts

When I have contact with two or more work phones, when I sync contacts, I see 
only one work phone. Addressbook reorganized, as described in HowTo "How to 
use similar format as Outlook 2003".

How can I import all data in contacts (for me many contacts can contain two or 
more work phones, two or more mobile phones...)?
