[sync] Add dependency for Horde_ActiveSync-2.4.0beta1

I looks like Horde_ActiveSync-2.4.0beta1 requires the (to be released)  
Horde_Core-2.5.0 because of changes in the interface. It might be  
helpful to add this dependency.
