[sync] iPhone going crazy with latest ActiveSync update (2.8.1)

No. I'm going to revert the changes in Horde_ActiveSync that depend on  
the new Horde_Stream code and release a new Horde_ActiveSync package.  
Probably later tonight when I'm back in front of my development system.
