[sync] ActiveSync multiple calendar synchronization

For a while, my phone (using Moxier Mail) was able to sync multiple  
calendars. A recent Horde upgrade changed that, as now all calendars  
are multiplexed in a single calendar on the device. It appears that  
Horde now no longer detects that the client is able to sync multiple  
calendars. Where to start?
