[sync] Notes sync

The native MacOS 'Notes' app uses IMAP. I suspect Outlook on Windows
also uses IMAP. Right now, Android doesn't seem to have a native app
for Notes (except for 'Keep' which uses the Google cloud, a closed
system). So I am using the droid apps 'Imapnotes2' and 'Mail Notes',
which also use IMAP protocol. Using IMAP is convenient because it
doesn't require additional configuration. It simply uses your email
settings.
