We should add some sort of "dereferrer" to the horde directory that can be
used by all applications. This one-liner will only redirect external links
so that the referer part in the target server's logs is useless. Currently,
if you don't use cookies, you have a full url including the session string
in the logs that can potentially be used to nap the user's session.
