[trean] Categories show up as numeric and a fatal error when I forget to select a category.

I am just trying trean for the first time in several weeks and have a 
couple of observations/questions?

When selecting a category for my bookmarks I see a numeric value rather
than the name that I gave the category.  What must I do to enable the
name?

If I mistakenly try to add a bookmark to "My Bookmarks" I get the following
error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getname() in
/usr/local/www/data/horde/trean/add.php on line 27

Have I configured something wrong?
