[trean] Bookmarks opening in a new window

Thanks Mike. By the way, I wanted to let you know that Trean is a great 
addition to Horde. This is yet another thing on my list of PIM needs that the 
Horde suite solves for me. Great work!

I came up with an idea to add to this product.
I wanted my links to come up in a new window instead of within Horde. So, I did 
a few minutes of research. Here is the temporary/quick fix I made (For those 
readers of the list who may want to implement this quick fix):
trean/templates/bookmarks/
In each of the files there where the call is made to Horde::link, I made this 
change:
Horde::link($url, $name)  --to--  Horde::link($url, $name, '', '_blank')

I think a better long-term solution for this would be to make it preferences 
driven with a checkbox, instead of hard coded.
