[trean] installing trean and administrator rights

hi guys

i tried to install trean, but for a succesfull installation I need 
administrator rights to configure it. but when i installed the horde 
framework I never needed an administrator. all usermanagement is done by 
vpopmail. is there a possibility to end the installation without the 
need of administrator rights or how can I add an administrator to horde 
now?
