[trean] trean + giapeto

what about extending trean to be able to bookmark giapeto pages but through
internal api calls. so for example a page /activity/sports would be bookmarked
not as 'url' => '/activity/sports', but as 'api' => array('app' => 'giapeto',
'id' => '83') or something on those lines.

giapeto could then have the feature for users to store "my favourite pages" for
quick access

plus was thinking of having giapeto send out alerts by email when pages were
updated, which would end up duplicating a lot of the functionality which is
available now in trean... and which could be solved by just doing a bit of api
calls and tweaking of existing structure.

want to do it internally rather than use the url as someone saving a favourite
page would have it linked by id which wuold not change if the page is renamed,
moved under another page etc.

could be also done for jonah too i suppose? bookmark an internal channel and
have it alert when it updates?
