[trean] Horde_Tree error

I've seen this posted before, but haven't seen an answer.  I noticed that it
is working on the demo site so I must be missing something.

I always get an error that Horde_Tree isn't defined/cant be found.

I checked my PEAR installation and Horde_Tree is installed as a module and
all the necessary files are within the search paths..but still no go.

Any help would be appreciated!
