[trean] Trean with cvs from this morning.

Trean has always been an application that I have only had to generate the
conf.php from the conf.xml through the admin menu.  It has always just worked,
before.  Now I am not able to create a sub-category and consequently can't add
bookmarks.  I'm using ldap for prefs but just to be sure it wasn't an ldap
thing I switched to mysql and got the same results.  I get no errors in my
horde.log, httpd-error.log, slapd.log, debug.log, nothing.  If anyone has any
ideas, they would be appreciated.

I'm finding that doing a current horde and family new install from zero can be a
sobering experience.
