Thanks.  It was the framework that needed updating.  The drop down is
now sorted alphabetically (cool), but now I can only add bookmarks to
the first level of the hierarchy.  For example

-My Bookmarks
--Baseball
---History
---Statistics

Only My Bookmarks and Baseball are listed in the drop down.
