Hi Jack,

My plan is to improve Turba by merging a GPL application that we made in
my company.

Currently I haven't been able to merge many things because the framework
is completely different, but I hope I can improve Turba so that it will
be easier to merge parts of our app (or so that it has the same
features).

You should first look at the CHANGES file.

Now I am working to set up a postgres database in my company and to add
groups (lists of people for example).

I don't know about a list archive, but if there is one, its address
should be on the horde web site (http://www.horde.org).
