installation question

I installed Horde, IMP, and Turba from the CVS last
night.  Turba doesn't have any installation doc...I
have added the tables to my MYSQL database from the
doc directory and adjusted sources.php for this.  I
also allowed guest access to turba.  Now when I try to
add a contact, I can fill out the form, but upon
submitting it says:  

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: quotestring()
in ./lib/Driver/sql.php on line 144

What haven't I done correctly?
