Undefined index: alias in advanced/criteria.inc

Hello, 

I performed a cvs update this morning, and noticed this error when doing
an advanced search using an ldap server:

Warning: Undefined index: alias in
/var/www/html/horde/turba/templates/advanced/criteria.inc on line 2

I added this and all seems well:

$attributes['alias'] = _("Alias");

On a side note, what are some reliable public ldap servers besides the 2
given as example with turba?  Bigfoot only returns something maybe 10%
of the time.
