[turba] ldap - personal address books

sieve is a filtering device for cyrus imapd... totally unrelated...
what I was looking for (I do have the source now) is

$imp['user']
Secret::read(Secret::getKey('imp'), $imp['pass'])

the first being the user, and the second the password...

you have to have the horde includes for this.
