[turba] ignoring pine / mulberry groups while importing

I've updated the version of tsv/pine/mulberry import stuff that Jan cleaned up
and committed...

It now..
- ignores mulberry and pine "groups" as turba doesn't do groups 
- converts the name field from
    Lastname, Firstname
to
    Firstname Lastname
which I think is what most people probably put in their addressbooks (I'm pretty
sure the vcard import does this too), and elimnates an extra set of quotes when
you send email to that person.
