[turba] LDAP search: strict vs. contains

We are using Horde 2.1RC2 and Turba 1.1RC2 with IMP 3.1RC2. 

Is there anyway to have LDAP searches work as they did in the older versions of 
IMP, where one could do a search with a CONTAINS modifier? 

We have problems where a user wants to search for a name like "Joseph Douglas", 
but the actual cn attribute holds "Joseph N Jr Douglas" 

The user doesn't get any results unless they put in only "Joseph" or "Douglas" 
and then hunts through the large list returned for the proper contact, or types 
in exactly "Joseph N Jr Douglas". 

sources.php is currently unchanged, with the strict array containing dn, an 
array holding cn. 

What are my options?
