[turba] Working with groups

[Arie Kraak]

I added a field group to the database so I can add people and with the
groups they belong to seperated by a space.
an example

john        ict management
mario      ict sales
mike       management sales

A search for group => sales
returns

mario        email@mario.com
mike        email@mike.com

I cant select both and compose
