[turba] Show contacts? (HEAD)

yeah, i broke a bit of backward compatibility with the database structure...

it's looking fot __type = "Object" but as the new coloumn is currently
unpopulated it's not matching contacts....

two solutions: 
 1. do an update (this is what i did is mysql)
update turba_objects set object_type = "Object" where object_type = ""
 2. ?Jan? sugested we assume it's a contact if the __type field is empty. in
which case someone needs to write a patch.
