[turba] Lists: unable to create new list

When I try to create a new list/group in turba, it always gives me an error:

There was an error creating a new list.

There is nothing in the logs and nothing more than this.  I'm wondering if I 
am missing something in the configuration or in the database schema.  Can 
someone give me a run-down of what needs to be there in order for lists to 
work?

I am of course using CVS-HEAD (as of an hour ago)
