[turba] Advanced search problem

I solved this problem, my default source such as "Netcenter Member
Directory", "Bigfoot" and "Verisign Directory" config wrong, so that the 
"Advanced Search" display a blank page.  After I remove all this default 
LDAP Directory, the "Advanced Search" can work well.
