When in IMP, select the "Address Book" icon from the "Options" icons.  It
provides a To/Cc/Bcc functionality.

Otherwise, when browsing the address book, there is no longer any way
to add names to fields (though clicking on an email address in a browse
view will launch IMP's compose with that address in the "To:" field).

So, basically, if you want to select multiple addresses and put them in
various to/cc/bcc fields, or even a single address for cc/bcc, then you
need to invoke Address Book from IMP.  You can no longer call Turba, 
and then have it put addresses into IMP.
