[turba] Errors within latest Turba

Yup, I had the LDAP entries from source.php.dist still in
there, didn't think it would matter. I've removed those 
entries for now until I can set up LDAP properly. Why
are those fields within sources.php.dist, but not defined
in attributes.php.dist?

Looks like you have fields defined in your source map which aren't defined
in config/attributes.php.
