[turba] Addressbook appears empty

I added the field, restarted MySql, logged out of and back into horde,
but my addressbook still shows no entries. I even clicked the graphic to
add you to my addressbook thinking I'd get an error. No error, and
checking the table shows your entry, but I can't get it using turba.
