[turba] import problem

Microsoft's definition of CSV is different from everyone else's...

In most cases they do not put quotes and commas in correctly, sometimes
leaving out quotes, sometimes commas, it all depends on which application
your using...

Send a sample of the file and you will find plenty of help here!
