[turba] problem adding addresses

hi

i have both imp and turba installed

when viewing email some users can see the little green/blue address book icon
next to the email address that allows them to add the sender directly to their
address book with one click

other users do not see this icon, and they can't add the sender to their
addressbook with just one click

at first i thought it might have to do with the browser so i had users log in on
the same browser on the same computer and the problem persisted

then i thought it had to do with permissions so i double checked that all the
correct rights were given, according to the horde docs, and the problem continued

any idea's what's going on here?

is there something in the turba manual that i missed?
