[turba] Explanation of turba fields (Mike Barsalou)

I don't think so at this point....just wasn't sure if it was used as some
sort of control.  The outlook number is fairly large...about 130-160
characters.  So we had to alter the table to accept the new number.  I
wasn't sure if we would be messing something up if we altered the table.

object_id is just a unique identifier. Any others you're having trouble
with?
