[turba] Sort method in the search result

Hello, 
 
[I'm probably using an old version of horde and turba, but do not plan to 
upgrade yet, thinking that my problem may be solved by a way already 
implemented] 
 
Well, I have several questions but two is a good start: 
 
1 - In the search results list of the small window (contacts.php) of the 
address book, I'd like the names to be sorted by the last name. 
In MySQL, the names are stored as 'LastName Firstname' in the name field. 
That's actually how they appear, but they seem sorted by the second part 
of the name field of the DB. 
What must I do to sort them by the *FIRST* part of the name field? 
(I already tried to pass 'firstname' in the sort function, and the results 
were really weird) 
 
2 - In my company, there are two address books : A global one that is 
read-only, and another one that is personnal and writable for each user. 
How can I ensure that when opening the contacts.php window, this will be 
the global r-o one that will be selected ?
