[turba] LocalLdap & acl

I'm using openldap and my schema is like : 
dn : uid=myuid, o=myorganization , c=mycountry 
objetclass : .... 
... 
mail :xxx 
TelephoneNumber : xxx 

In turba I would :
Every users can read the information needed by turba but each user can only modify their own attibute TelephoneNumber (Not the other : mail ,cn,cn ...).

How can i configure my slapd.conf & turba to do that ???
