[turba] Add Contact problem

I  have configured turba-1.1 with horde-2.2.1, but when I click on the Add
Contact button to add an entry into My Addressbook, I am immediately returned to
the Horde login screen.  Imp ver. 3.1 is working ok.

Please advise what I am missing.
