[turba] Address Book inaccessable after changing database user and password

I've been digging around the horde system learning things and I
changed the privileges on my mysql database and as such changed the
mysql user settings for horde.

The horde user now has SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, CREATE and DROP
privileges on the horde database and SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE
privileges on all the tables.

Everything is working now except the address book. I updated the user
settings for kronolith etc in their respective config/conf.php files,
however turba doesn't appear to have any database settings in its
config/conf.php file.

Where do I sdjust turba's settings, as I can't access my address book
now. I get the following error:

"Failed to access the specified address book."

or if I try to add someone to the address book using the little book
icon next to an address in my inbox, I get:

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: search() in
/home/ryan/buzzeddie.com/html/horde/turba/lib/api.php on line 94"
