[turba] patch + thoughs

Hello list,

a little patch to correct a typo which made i18n to not display in correct 
language

thoughs:

** I found that the (!Turba::checkPermissions($object, 'object', _PERMS_READ))
check in displayobject.php returns me an error each time I was NOT logged in 
as an admin user... (with my admin login it works with a non admin member I 
get the error telling me I have no *blah* on my own entry) 

** the "last_first" and "first_last" format in the display name does not work 
but is not just some inversion in lib/Turba.php because when I search by name 
turba actually searches by surname (is it the name ? in french we call it 
"Nom" and "Prénom" )


so I disabled it for the moment.... (not included it the patch though)
