[turba] new contact problem(head)

Hi all:
When i add an new entry with Chinese name in Turba(head cvs).The result 
after browse it seem not display the original Chinese name that i just keyin.

I use mysql backend as horde storage,here are my setting:
horde/config/conf.php
   $conf['sql']['charset'] = 'Big-5';
