[turba] 1.2RC2 and . mapquest bug

I just upgraded to Turba 1.2RC2

I've discovered the following bug in mapquest support (which is REALLY cool by
the way).

The address

537 Shirley St NE
Grand Rapids, Mi
49503 

will work.

But the address

1825 Monroe Ave NW
Grand Rapids, Mi.
49505

will not.  

I can make the second addres work by taking out the "." after the state
abbreviations "Mi." -> "Mi"
