[turba] __type attribute for LDAP

Any reason why you didn't use members in the objectclass groupOfNames for
__members?  

And who is the "OID adminstrator" for Horde?  I think Chuck is listed if i
recall.  Maybe we should add (officially) the schema definition you have below
for "type" (i don't think you should use it for members).  So we could put in
the LDAP documentation for Turba the following
