Oops!  Let me include some configuration information.

I installed everything the way I thought I was supposed to but I getting the message "Redirection limit for this URL exceeded.  Unable to load the requested page."  What have I overlooked or done wrong?

RedHat 8.0 (updated regularly)
Apache 2.0.x
PHP 4.2.2x
Redhat Database 2.1 (PostgreSQL 7.2.x)
Horde 2.2.3
IMP 3.2.1
Turba 1.2
