[turba] Turba Problem with Microsoft Ldap

Hi,
i config turba to connect with Ldap.
The Ldap server is Microsoft.

The connect is ok, but when i try to add a new entry the system response:

 There was an error adding this object. Contact your system administrator for
further help.Failed to add an object: [53] "DSA is unwilling to perform"

Then when i try to modify one entry, the system response that this operation is
ok, but the entry not modificated.

Can anyone help me????
