[turba] Editability of administered addressbooks

lib/AbstractObject.php -> isEditable()

This function completely ignores the admins of the address book.  This
becomes an issue when there are more than just one administrator or when
the list has gone from read-write to read-only.

The issue is that only the owner can edit the entry.

I suspect there is another issue elsewhere in that isEditable() is not
always called...
