[turba] Re: Firstname / LastName in addressbook - splitting them up

YAY!!!
I was hoping somebody would do this!
We spent some time adding First and Lastname's to Turba, while trying 
not to touch much of the code (i.e. Name behaves the same as before).

My company all (3 of us) feel that what you're doing is exactly the 
right way to go.  The amount of code in Turba simply to handle the 
splitting and reformatting of the Name field is terrible and needs to go 
away.

Your patches look terrific.  Please somehow get this in to the main 
Turba track!
