[turba] Further to; Firstname / LastName in addressbook - splitting them up

Splitting them would work a lot better, IMO.  You could keep the Full Name
field, but have it merged from First Name and Last Name fields.  The current
config forces my name in the DB to be "Sickle, James Van;" my name should be
listed as "Van Sickle, James."
