[turba] Upgrade to CVS

I recently upgraded to the CVS version of horde/imp/turba.  I use mysql to store
the contacts in turba.  I added the new fields that were in the mysql.sql file
but it still doesn't show the old contacts.  After looking in the database, I
noticed that the new owner_id values aren't stored with the @DOMAINNAME  which
is probably why I can't see the old contacts.

Is there a setting I missed to append the domain name to the owner_id or an easy
way to change all of the owner_id listings?
