[turba] Turba Patch - allowing LDAP addresses to be added to SQL addressbooks

Greetings, John...

Thanks for the work on the patch -- I'm running Turba 1.2 myself and 
patched my turba code with what you've developed.  I'm wondering where the 
option to add is.  I get no errors as I navigate through the pages and 
perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place, I suppose I'm expecting to see an 
"Add" link from the Search page or the page with the detailed user 
information.
