[turba] the "undefined index" problem, too

Hi, all --

I also have the apparently-common "undefined index" when connecting to
Turba...  I get it for businesscategory, workphone, homephone, cellphone,
and homeaddress.

The posts I saw in the archives all had to do with LDAP, including one
from "Ibarra, Michael" <m.ibarra at cdcixis-na.com> who simply said that his
LDAP schema was out of date but not what needed to be fixed *sigh*  I
promise to post a summary for this one, too :-)

This is a LAMP server running RH 7.3, mysql 3.23.57, php 4.3.2, Horde 2.2.3,    
IMP 3.2.1, and Turba 1.2.
