[turba] Latest Turba Admin Settings Only Allow For One AddrBook

You add address books as before inside sources.php. That new line in conf.php is
for specifying ONE of your address books (eg. 'localsql') as the client source.

So far the client address book configuration in Turba is only required for
integration with Hermes and Whups.
