[turba] problem: distribution list and ldap

Hi,
I'm trying to get the distribution list feature to work on my ldap
address book (Kolab server), but the "add to list" button doesn't show
up.
It does show up when I use a sql or preference based addressbook.
I saw a post on the list about adding two attributes to the schema
(turbaType,turbaMembers) I did so but nothing changed.
Can someone please help me?
