[turba] problem with patch-turba-1.2-1.2.1, no display.php in turba-1.2

Hello,

I was attempting to patch from turba-1.2 to turba-1.2.1 using the file
patch-turba-1.2-1.2.1.gz and everything went smoothly except for
display.php which exists in turba-1.2.1 but not 1.2.  Simply put, I
believe the file patch-turba-1.2-1.2.1.gz is not an accurate patch and
needs to be recreated.
